We are especially pleased with our salesman, Justin Adderly. Mr. Adderly was extremely professional, friendly, and patient with us during our shopping for a new automobile. He was very knowledgeable about all of the models and helped guide us to make the best decision of a model and it's accessories for our needs. This purchase was our 5th Lexus. The previous 4 purchases were from another Lexus dealer. This previous dealer had a sales department that created a very unpleasant atmosphere, and therefore a "bad" experience, for my wife. We continued with the 4 purchases with this dealership, through out the many years, because it was close to our residence and work. On our 5th purchase we were determined not to repeat our discomfort. Coming to Lexus of North Miami was time consuming, yet worth the travel. My wife and I have been in real estate sales with a major national company for over 30 years. We have been very successful in real estate sales because we have treated our clients with the same professionalism as Mr. Adderly has shown us. The service I received from Anthony Rodriguez was truly outstanding. I went to the dealer a couple of weeks ago to get the 20k mile service on my now former IS 250 F Sport. While I waited for it to be done outstanding. I went to the dealer a couple of weeks ago to get the 20k mile service on my now former IS 250 F Sport. While I waited for it to be done, I did a walk thru the main lobby as I normally do to check out the new cars. And there was the new 2014 IS 350......I saw Anthony near the vehicle waiting on something by the office. I approached him and asked him: "do you think you can help me trade in my IS 250 for this one without paying too much extra? He friendly answered: "let's see what we can do". I always had this obsession that someday I was gonna be able to buy or lease a new IS 350 after experiencing 3 prior Lexus IS 250 leases. It was time for a real upgrade. I actually felt in love with the fully loaded IS 350 F Sport. Well, to make the story short Anthony made it happened! His attention to detail, follow thru, genuineness and friendly "can do" attitude mainly contributed to my decision to lease yet another vehicle from this amazing dealership.
