I met David at the dealership. He was recommended by my friend who works with him as an outside broker. David was very pleasant and friendly. He explained the various features of each car, answered my questions in a professional manner and understood my needs and my wants. Most importantly, he did not bother me while I made my decision between the Lexus models and the other brands I was contemplating. Once I decided to get the ES350, he came to my office with all the documents for me to sign. He showed me all the major points that I needed to know about the car and he even helped me with the disposal of my old leased car. Overall I couldn't have asked for more or better service! More

I can without question say that Lexus of North Miami set new standards for me and blew me away with their customer service, fairness, attention to detail, and just al around general treatment. I am a guy that gets bored of everything so even when I love a car brand, I NEVER get the same brand back to back. I ALWAYS change, even though I do go back to a brand or two. This is the first dealership that made my experience so over the top great and what they offer their customers on an on-going basis (like free car washes as many times as you want, and spa service, haircut, gym, business center, pool tables, tv lounge, etc....all to use while your car is getting serviced or if you simply feel like being there, is totally off the charts. I personally had Diego Diederman as my salesman and he was A+ all around. Unlike any other car buying experience I have ever had. I am sure others there are great but I can say that Diego went above and beyond. I came in Dec 30, and they went out of their way to find the color and option combo car I wanted and had to rush to get it shipped and had it there next dar Dec 31 (New Years Eve) and these guys stayed late past hours to make sure I got my car that night. The Lexus brand as great as their cars are, are lucky to have a dealer like this. these guys have me hooked as a repeat customer because of the way they operate and treat their customer. The treatment was abnormally amazing all around....and that is exponentially powerful considering this is in a business that usually can be a shark tank. So I guess one out of two cars in my garage is now always going to be a Lexus. More

I have had a long standing relationship with General Manager Yoni Edery, who by the way has become a personal friend since we first met at the dealership years ago. He is not only top-notch at his job, but a true gentleman as well. He, along with his incredibly professional, efficient and friendly staff at Lexus Of North Miami have taken the word "chore" out of the auto purchasing experience and replaced it with the word "pleasure"! I also worked closely with Sales Consultant Diego Biedermann who relentlessly went the "extra yard" to make sure my purchase and the follow-up were to perfection.
