Our shop has all the top factory required tools and equipment accompanied by thirty-two factory trained technicians, eight Lexus certified trained advisors and over eighty service bays which makes it easy for our customers.
At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). Definitely THE best buying experience I've ever had. Matthew Silva is the most professional and courteous salesman I've ever dealt with. He was very helpful and fair during the whole negotiation, which was quick and painless, definitely an asset to Lexus of North Miami. The dealership is as good as Matthew, they have first class amenities and everyone from finance to the cafe was very polite. This is my first Lexus and surely not my last. Being a car fanatic all of my life, I finally decided to go for a brand new Lexus. I have driven BMW's & Cadillac's in the past.. But I truly fell in love with the 2014 GS350 F-Sport. I love everything about this car and in fact my family and friends are very interested in getting a car like mine when their lease will be up this year. Everyone was super friendly and attentive. The only thing i disliked was that the price and all the associated fees were not disclosed up until very late in the process. I had to ask several times.
