I especially want to thank Shelli Alli in sales, I didn't buy a 40-90K Lexus but she treated us as we were, as well as the rest of the staff. Shelli answered numerous questions when I spoke with her 3-4 times on the phone. She put her eyes on the car and noted each feature to assure it was something that I wanted to take off of work and travel to NO to see. It was everything she said, especially a very clean and very nice white 2015 Ford Edge SEL. Jodi and I are extremely satisfied with our purchase and experience with Lexus of New Orleans! I know many businesses live and die by customer reviews and I am happy to give them this one. The facility there is very nice and the folks are great, don't hesitate to visit them. More

Had a tire problem (nail in tire cause loss of pressure) My Lexus RX 350 had a flat. We could not remove the tire to fix it because another tire dealer put wheel locks on my tires but failed to supply the ke My Lexus RX 350 had a flat. We could not remove the tire to fix it because another tire dealer put wheel locks on my tires but failed to supply the key.. Great experience We had a great experience buying our used Mazda cx-9 at Lexus of New Orleans. Our salesperson, Jonatan was very helpful and flexible working with us.
