He was very down to earth and didn’t pressure me to make a decision that day, but discussed options with me and left me feeling comfortable to return when I was ready. When I did decide on an RX 350, Jonatan made the process very smooth. He answered all of my questions and walked me through the options so that I could knowledgeably choose what was best for my situation.
