As I was looking at the new cars in the showroom, he came to assist me. Even though Jonatan knew I was just "killing time", he spent time with my husband and myself test driving new cars. It turned out that we bought a new car that day. I was very impressed with Jonatan. He is very kind and not pushy. He spent the day with us even though he thought we were not going to buy a new vehicle. He is an amazing salesperson. Jonatan even sent me a text message on my birthday for the past three years. Very professional & understanding. I have an RX suv with 233,000 plus miles on it. I have had the car in for timing belt jobs, a/c evaporator repairs, & the warranty dash replacement. When the a/c went out in the middle of the summer, the service dept. was able to repair the car the next day & provide a loaner even though I had no appointment prearranged. That effort alone made my wife loyal customer. More

Chad Kent agreed to a great and very fair price and made the purchase so easy for us. I especially want to thank Shelli Alli in sales, I didn't buy a 40-90K Lexus but she treated us as we were, as well as the rest of the staff. Shelli answered numerous questions when I spoke with her 3-4 times on the phone. She put her eyes on the car and noted each feature to assure it was something that I wanted to take off of work and travel to NO to see. It was everything she said, especially a very clean and very nice white 2015 Ford Edge SEL. Jodi and I are extremely satisfied with our purchase and experience with Lexus of New Orleans! Had a tire problem (nail in tire cause loss of pressure) My Lexus RX 350 had a flat. We could not remove the tire to fix it because another tire dealer put wheel locks on my tires but failed to supply the ke My Lexus RX 350 had a flat. We could not remove the tire to fix it because another tire dealer put wheel locks on my tires but failed to supply the key.. This was not the Lexus dealer's problem but in spite of that, Sean Maloney fixed tire and obtained a new lock key. Now that is above and beyond! Thank you Sean and merry Christmas. Buddy Morris More
