He was respectful of my budget and went out of his way to negotiate a price AND interest rate that was favorable to me. His customer service was exceptional and caring. It is very rare to say that you walked into a dealership with the exact car you wanted and the exact price you wanted, but Jonatan moved mountains to make it happen! Mrs. Alvarado was so helpful, nice, comprehensive, and went beyond to help us make our decision go smooth. I highly recommend her if you are in the look for a new vehicle. She is bilingual as well.
