The service I received on a recent visit was not the excellent service I had received in the past. I had a tire issue and they checked the wrong tire and did not check all tires although they indicated excellent service I had received in the past. I had a tire issue and they checked the wrong tire and did not check all tires although they indicated tires were rotated and I had paid for balancing tires. I discovered the problem had not been corrected when I was returning to Florida a couple of days later, which was a Saturday.I returned to the dealership and they determined I needed a new tire, which they did not have in stock. I had to stay in Montgomery over the weekend as a tire would be delivered by truck on Monday around noon or so. When the tire was available on Monday, my repair was put several positions down on the list. I finally went to the service manager about 4 o'clock in the afternoon and expressed my unhappiness. Kevin took care of things and I was finally able to leave Montgomery about 5 o'clock for my three and a half drive home. More
