2012 ES Repair Questioned a popping sound I'd heard on the front end for a couple of days but it had ceased for a week. Since it's my wife's car I wanted to be sure Questioned a popping sound I'd heard on the front end for a couple of days but it had ceased for a week. Since it's my wife's car I wanted to be sure there was no problem and didn't want to wait for tire wear, tires are too expensive. They offered me a loaner, test drove the car with me and then spent an hour looking at the car and checking it out. Couldn't find anything wrong and didn't charge me anything for the service. Not only were all people I talked to professional but also talked to me in a "personal" manner. Their attention, attitude and service is beyond compare. Truly the definition of outstanding service. More

Your representative went out of his way to get a tech to look under the hood and diagnose the issue. He was able to assign me a rental car because my car required a great deal of work even though I had it serviced at another Lexus dealership in The Atlanta Metro area 3 weeks ago.
