A-1 Car Service I liked the courtesy and professionalism extended to me. Being 3 hours away from home and experiencing car trouble is no fun especially when you are I liked the courtesy and professionalism extended to me. Being 3 hours away from home and experiencing car trouble is no fun especially when you are driving alone. Your representative went out of his way to get a tech to look under the hood and diagnose the issue. He was able to assign me a rental car because my car required a great deal of work even though I had it serviced at another Lexus dealership in The Atlanta Metro area 3 weeks ago. I greatly appreciate your focus on providing excellent customer and quality car service. Please Thank Tristan my service rep who is a valuable asset to your company. More
