My most recent visit was yesterday and I chose to wait for the maintenance to be performed. As always John met me courtesly and very professionally. He recommended that I have my alignment and Tires balanced which I elected to do along with the scheduled maintenance. John talked me through what was to be done and also suggested that some additional preventive maintenance should be done based on mileage of my vehicle. I agreed and the work was done without any issues. When checking out, John told me that they had spotted a bad backup bulb and that they went ahead and replaced it for me at no additional charge. I was pleasantly surprised and appreciated it very much since the bulb replacement wasn't covered as part of my warranty. As usual they washed and cleaned my vehicle and did a great job More

We will have five Lexus automobiles in our family after next week, as I am selling my beloved 1998 SC 400, which I bought from you ten years ago, to someone who has admired it for years and told me that when I wanted to sell it to let him know. I did and he has purchased it with no problem whatsoever, and I received what I believe is top dollar for it. It is like letting go of a family member, though! I will be purchasing a deceased friend's 2005 Lexus ES330, which she had serviced at your facility, and so I will continue to bring it into your facility. I thoroughly believe in the reliability of the Lexus brand automobiles and in your competent facility staffers. I have dealt with John Lohne for most of my service history and find him to be very knowledgeable and your service performed in a reasonable period of time.
