My husband does not know I’m writing this review but our family is feels completely hurt by Lexus Marin. It’s just too bad his efforts are being wasted at Lexus Marin. My husband sold his vehicle to LM and because of a nationwide hack the only payment could come from Zelle. We have never done Zelle so we admit a single number was wrong which has now turned into a nightmare of receiving payment for our vehicle. Our car was sold on Thursday and we will maybe receive payment Monday. 5 DAYS AFTER SIGNING OVER YOUR VEHICLE YOU MAY RECEIVE PAYMENT AT A TIME DETERMINED WHEN BANK OF AMERICA FEELS LIKE IT. THERE ARE NO BACKUP PLANS IN PLACE OR MANAGERS TO HELP OUT.IF ANYTHING IS WRONG WITH YOUR PAPERWORK BE PREPARED TO WAIT A WEEK WHILE YOUR VEHICLE HAS ALREADY BEEN SIGNED OVER. YOU WILL BE OFFERED NOTHING BUT EXCUSES WHY MARIN LEXUS CANNOT PAY YOU FOR YOUR VEHICLE. MY HUSBAND IS NOW ON THE PHONE WITH OUR CREDITORS WHO DO NOT TAKE EXCUSES FOR PAYMENT. I would have given a zero if I could. My husband’s 46th birthday is today has been ruined by LM. More

She was very thorough and friendly and needs to be commended for explaining the features of the vehicle and getting it for delivery on-time. All other poor ratings in this survey are related to the back-office interactions not the salesperson. More
