Carlo Verde is a great service advisor Carlo listens to his customers preferences and customizes service to those preferences. We have two Lexus cars - a 1998 and a 2015. We took in the 1998 as it needed an oil change and told him besides an oil change we wanted the car checked out would only want to pay for other critical safety service as we do not intend to keep the car much longer. We did not want to pay more in service than the car us worth. He also managed to have some at the dealership evaluate the car and then he called us with that value so we could make decisions on some services that were marginal to safety. He honored our fiscal concerns and made appropriate recommendations.He is attentive and Very personable! Highly recommend him. More

Used car Sale I came in to look at a used rx450h I found online, and everyone was very friendly right from the moment I walked in. Nathalie was the one who assiste I came in to look at a used rx450h I found online, and everyone was very friendly right from the moment I walked in. Nathalie was the one who assisted me in test driving and the rest of the process of trading in my older rx300. Her manager came out to make sure I was happy with the deal I was getting. Even the one who answered my e-mails before I came in was very prompt in replying and professional. I left with a great car and a price I was happy with. After a few days both Nathalie and the manager of Lexus called me to make sure I was happy with my purchase and to also thank me for their business. I live all the way in San Bruno, and I'm glad I found the car I was looking for at the the friendly and professional Lexus of Marin. More

I've been fortunate I have been dealing with Lexus of Marin for nearly 20 yrs. I couldn't be more pleased. Their Service Department is world class. I've been fortunate to have the same Customer Service rep, Len, for almost the entire time I've dealt with this company. Len is a consumate professional. Someone I completely trust when he explains what needs to be done and what doesn't need to be done. His follow up is prompt, on point, and solid. I have recommended Lexus of Marin to friends and will continue to do so. My only regret is the original sales agent I dealt with is no longer there. As with Len she was an extraordinary professional. The entire staff is friendly, helpful and obviously well trained. Great organization. More
