Not only was this gentleman Professional but he was very Knowledgeable about all the cars. He was very patient and caring about our needs in finding the right vehicle. I was absolutely very impressed with Mr. Vela and his Outstanding customer service! I had never seen customer service like this before. I was very happy with the salesperson who helped us as well Mr. Juan Sanchez, he was very attentive, professional and so helpful in trying to find the right car, he is truly a very good salesperson! Wanted to say that Mr. Bernie Rosenbaum and Mr. Brandon Duerksen were two outstanding Finance Managers, talk about working hard for the customer! both very professional and caring as well. The Document specialist Ms. Lily Zavala took her time to explain step by step the contract and answered all our questions with so much respect and genuine concern, she was so knowledgeable about everything she was explaining, was a very sweet young lady!
