It's rare to find someone so committed to customer satisfaction, and Michelle truly made a difference. If you're in the market for a Lexus, this dealership and Michelle's assistance are definitely worth checking out. As someone who drove 4 hours round trip, it was well worth the drive. Were my local dealerships refused to find my specific is350. Michelle made it her mission to acquire me that exact car, color, and factory packages.
