I own my second Lexus 460GX from this dealership, and anticipate biting the next one from them as well. My service advisor Mike Mullen, as well as the entire service team is amazing! When I called to service department to make a car key for my Lexus Rx 350 2017 , i did ask how much it will be charge for that , the lady I communicated, she said it was 310.00 dollar yesterday so I said ok my Lexus Rx 350 2017 , i did ask how much it will be charge for that , the lady I communicated, she said it was 310.00 dollar yesterday so I said ok and scheduled today at 10:40 am to do it when I came and saw Mr Paul Vang today he said some more charges up to 400:00 dollars something I explained this matter to him, how could a customer as me was charged higher than 310:00 dollars when I was scheduled, I really am not happy. Hope someone could solve this issue, finally Mr Paul Vang offered 50:00 dollars off , I got to pay 378.25 dollars please consider my concern Thankfully More
