Because I got the impression they were in a rush, I forgot to ask them all my questions about my RX. Which means, I'll just have to come back. But, the man who sold me the RX said that the service department would know all the things I needed looked at and fixed when I came in, but they certainly didn't. They replaced the rubber handle on the hatch and the leaky tire free of charge charge, so I'm happy about that. I just have to go back to get the other things checked. More

Completed my service I have driven a Lexus since 1998. I have gone to this dealership that long. I have dealt with many service techs and I used to feel like family. They are all new every time I go out there. The service I had done took almost a week to complete due to parts being ordered. I understand I have s 10 year old car and it needs repairs. Just didn't care for the long wait and the impersonal treatment. Lexus used to be so great!!! More

We spent several weekends having my wife drive a lot of suv's to find the one she liked best. Most dealers are tone deaf regarding women buying their own cars. Even after we stated my wife wanted to buy a new car, many of the people at other dealerships would talk to me largely ignoring my wife. At Lexus of Maplewood, Sara and my wife connected quickly. Sara guided my wife through the whole process and turned a looker into a buyer. We have been satisfied with my wife's car and this dealership ever since. Recently the Twin Cities Business Journal had a "Best of" insert in their monthly magazine. Lexus twin cities dealerships were rated highest. (Great choice). On 10/7/16 my wife had a 50,000 mile service done at Maplewood. Sue Dale, our service advisor handled that for us efficiently as well as with great attention to detail. THE MOST HONEST DEALERSHIP IN MINNESOTA! I purchased a preowned Lexus last year. I live north of the cities so Maplewood is quite a drive. For convenience, I made the mistake of having my oil changed at a dealership in Forest Lake. The next day my engine light came on so I took it back to them. They informed me that the problem was going to cost me $1856.00. I drove it to Lexus of Maplewood for a confirmational opinion. They were friendly and professional as could be and extremely thorough. The service manager came out and said, "Your vehicle's ready, handed me my statement of what was done, and at the bottom it said: TOTAL: NO CHARGE! I asked him what it was and he said; Whoever changed your oil last didn't put your seals back on, so all your oil was leaking out. Oh, and by the way sir, the oil they put in your vehicle was "USED OIL AND FILTHY AS MUDD!" Needless to say, he strongly recommended I never take my Lexus back there again, shook my hand, wished me a good day, and said: "Come back real soon!" I said: "You can be assured of that!" It seems that honesty is getting much harder to find these days, but when you find a place like Maplewood Lexus, you can be totally confident you're in good hands!! Thanx a mill you guys! He and the service department performed the routine maintenance and discovered a leaky water pump. I had purchased a warranty and there was no charge. I mentioned that when I purchased the car at another dealership I noticed the driver side door hinges were bent. The original dealer wanted me to pay for the repair, I fully expected to have to shell out about $500 for this service but Thomas called and told me that the dealership was going to repair my door as a courtesy! How about that! I was given a loaner vehicle and they must have worked on my car over the weekend. I picked it up Monday morning and couldn't have been more pleased. Thomas stayed in touch with me throughout the whole process. Exceeded expectations. More
My car had to be brought in 3 times before it was fully fixed. I had paid for the service initially and was told that I had to pay for more the third time I brought it in. In my mind, when I bring a car in to have it fixed and pay a large sum of money for the service and parts, I have to have a guarantee that the problem is resolved. It took 3 times for the dealership to figure out the problem and a call from me to the corporate office to have the issue fixed without having me to put more money into their error. I'm dissatisfied at the way I was treated throughout this ordeal, even after being a loyal client for 4+ years with them. I never took my car to anyone to have it serviced except the dealership. I will now be going to the Lexus dealership in Wayzata for my services form now on, even if it means I have to drive further. More
