We spent several weekends having my wife drive a lot of suv's to find the one she liked best. Most dealers are tone deaf regarding women buying their own cars. Even after we stated my wife wanted to buy a new car, many of the people at other dealerships would talk to me largely ignoring my wife. At Lexus of Maplewood, Sara and my wife connected quickly. Sara guided my wife through the whole process and turned a looker into a buyer. We have been satisfied with my wife's car and this dealership ever since. Recently the Twin Cities Business Journal had a "Best of" insert in their monthly magazine. Lexus twin cities dealerships were rated highest. (Great choice). On 10/7/16 my wife had a 50,000 mile service done at Maplewood. Sue Dale, our service advisor handled that for us efficiently as well as with great attention to detail. THE MOST HONEST DEALERSHIP IN MINNESOTA! I purchased a preowned Lexus last year. I live north of the cities so Maplewood is quite a drive. For convenience, I made the mistake of having my oil changed at a dealership in Forest Lake. The next day my engine light came on so I took it back to them. They informed me that the problem was going to cost me $1856.00. I drove it to Lexus of Maplewood for a confirmational opinion. They were friendly and professional as could be and extremely thorough. The service manager came out and said, "Your vehicle's ready, handed me my statement of what was done, and at the bottom it said: TOTAL: NO CHARGE! I asked him what it was and he said; Whoever changed your oil last didn't put your seals back on, so all your oil was leaking out. Oh, and by the way sir, the oil they put in your vehicle was "USED OIL AND FILTHY AS MUDD!" Needless to say, he strongly recommended I never take my Lexus back there again, shook my hand, wished me a good day, and said: "Come back real soon!" I said: "You can be assured of that!" It seems that honesty is getting much harder to find these days, but when you find a place like Maplewood Lexus, you can be totally confident you're in good hands!! Thanx a mill you guys! He and the service department performed the routine maintenance and discovered a leaky water pump. I had purchased a warranty and there was no charge. I mentioned that when I purchased the car at another dealership I noticed the driver side door hinges were bent. The original dealer wanted me to pay for the repair, I fully expected to have to shell out about $500 for this service but Thomas called and told me that the dealership was going to repair my door as a courtesy! How about that! I was given a loaner vehicle and they must have worked on my car over the weekend. I picked it up Monday morning and couldn't have been more pleased. Thomas stayed in touch with me throughout the whole process. Exceeded expectations. More

My car had to be brought in 3 times before it was fully fixed. I had paid for the service initially and was told that I had to pay for more the third time I brought it in. In my mind, when I bring a car fixed. I had paid for the service initially and was told that I had to pay for more the third time I brought it in. In my mind, when I bring a car in to have it fixed and pay a large sum of money for the service and parts, I have to have a guarantee that the problem is resolved. It took 3 times for the dealership to figure out the problem and a call from me to the corporate office to have the issue fixed without having me to put more money into their error. I'm dissatisfied at the way I was treated throughout this ordeal, even after being a loyal client for 4+ years with them. I never took my car to anyone to have it serviced except the dealership. I will now be going to the Lexus dealership in Wayzata for my services form now on, even if it means I have to drive further. More

Lexus of Maplewood has probably the best car service department of any car dealership I've ever been to. I brought two of my cars in and was able to pick up both at the same time with no problems or ha department of any car dealership I've ever been to. I brought two of my cars in and was able to pick up both at the same time with no problems or hassle. Jill was a very knowledgeable advisor and answered all of my questions. They also have a young lady, Stephanie, who seems to help out the advisors. She was so sweet, that my daughter wanted to come back just for her! She gave my daughter a Hello Kitty coloring page and a Hello Kitty ring and my daughter was ecstatic. Overall my experiences at the Lexus dealership are always worry free and very friendly. I continue to keep going there for as long as I am a Lexus owner, which will probably be forever! More

Gloria McDonald is the only reason I would ever consider developing a relationship with Lexus of Maplewood. Her level of service is phenomenal. Her attention to detail unparalleled. If only all car sales people could have her conscientious approach! I also LOVE dealing with a female who is extremely competent and a "real" person. She has a wonderful way of creating a feeling of caring well beyond the norm. You are so lucky to have someone of this caliber representing your organization!!!!! My wife and I purchased our first car from Lexus of Maplewood in 2002, a GS300. The customer service was outstanding. Each time I would bring the car in for an oil change, Ryan Martin our serice adviso Maplewood in 2002, a GS300. The customer service was outstanding. Each time I would bring the car in for an oil change, Ryan Martin our serice advisor, has always taken such great care of us. If my wife or I had appointments to attend to during the oil change, Ryan would give us a loaner Lexus, not a Pontiac to drive around. Over the years we have purchased a Lexus LX470, GS300 and GS400. My GS400 that I purchased in 2002 has 198,000 miles now & drives like new with a silky smooth transmission. It’s one thing to sell one of the best cars on the market; it is another thing to have the best service. Lexus of Maplewood really is a step above the rest when it comes to service. I am about to click over 200,000 miles on my GS400, and without a doubt 300,000 all the while having the same service advisor for ten years, that’s quality and service at its best! A good indication of future performance is previous performance, that is why I will continue to buy at Lexus of Maplewood. More

Worst experience I have EVER had at any dealership, much less a Lexus dealership. Had problem that should've been covered under warranty, was told over the phone only that it "wasn't their problem" and when less a Lexus dealership. Had problem that should've been covered under warranty, was told over the phone only that it "wasn't their problem" and when I asked how this problem could've possibly have happened due to something we did on a car with 3000 miles, I was given a "Look, I"m just telling you what my tech told me, there is nothing we can do for you". Even when I went to pick up my car they were rude. I went to Lexus of Wayzata, they had the problem corrected and we were on our way in a half an hour. I give Lexus of Maplewood an F! I would never even let them change my oil again! More
