He was very polite, courteous, and professional, He explained the service required and also what will be needed at the next service. He answered all my questions. Service was done timely (the exact time that Michael predicted it would be).Michael deserves a 10 star!! Tim Frederick, the sales person I bought the car from, even made a special visit while I was waiting to see how things were going and reassured me to call him if I had any questions. Tim is also a great employee of Lexus! Thanks again Lexus. Yes you are 10 stars! More

RX Service: Tire leaking air, new rubber handle on hatch Overall I was happy with the work done. It seemed like I was a bother to the service department though. I was rushed in and out. Because I got the imp Overall I was happy with the work done. It seemed like I was a bother to the service department though. I was rushed in and out. Because I got the impression they were in a rush, I forgot to ask them all my questions about my RX. Which means, I'll just have to come back. But, the man who sold me the RX said that the service department would know all the things I needed looked at and fixed when I came in, but they certainly didn't. They replaced the rubber handle on the hatch and the leaky tire free of charge charge, so I'm happy about that. I just have to go back to get the other things checked. More
