The Quality of the Service is Great Experience I brought my GX 460 in around 1300 on Saturday for redo the film protection on the driver door. They provided a loaner car to me to drive home, and w I brought my GX 460 in around 1300 on Saturday for redo the film protection on the driver door. Lexus Certified does not mean much Went in for my 4th service for tire totation and 150 point inspection. I assume it must be waiting in line for a wash NO. 2 hours later after every other issue seems to be taken care of I am informed I can pay for a fluid check. My very confident service writer then checks to find out this is covered The coffee is not that good. And you lost a tire sale More
