Horrible Wanted to check why airbag light came. Said cost $150-200 only to check. Refused. Did oil changed service, etc. Called me and said car was done. Paid. Wanted to check why airbag light came. I had to walk over and ask myself. I don’t believe i should pay for airbag to be diagnose, that should be on behalf of Lexus... If i was to get into accident and airbags did not deploy, i guess I lose and or put passengers in danger...? More

I love my Lexus NX, but it's difficult when the closest dealership is 30 minutes away. The only perk is at least they wash your car - especially nice in the winter. However, I was told today was 'too cold' for a car wash, even though all the gas station car washes I've seen are open. I was told I could certainly come back for a wash. Sorry - I already invested 2.5 hours for a simple tire rotation. Not going to invest another 1+ hours for a 'free' car wash. More
