Professional customer service I like the representative’s transparency and his honestly on explaining my car problem even this problem is because of a bad Lexus’ design that causes I like the representative’s transparency and his honestly on explaining my car problem even this problem is because of a bad Lexus’ design that causes a mouse gets into the AC system and damage the fan motor and the filter plus causing bad smell. I’ve never had such experience with cheaper cars I had and this is not expected from luxury cars like Lexus. I paid $2000 out of my pocket for all of the related repairs, and I hope Lexus understands their customers and be as honest as their dealers to cover the cost. Again, I really satisfy with Lexus of Maplewood in MN. More

Wasn’t provided with the service I requested I scheduled an appointment to have regular maintenance and to fix an issue with the cooling seats. Only the regular maintenance was done.
