Airbag recall (replacement) Baird was very kind, got me in and out quickly with a loaner, which I really appreciated. My only complaint is I could tell my car had been washed but Baird was very kind, got me in and out quickly with a loaner, which I really appreciated. My only complaint is I could tell my car had been washed but it looked terrible. Outside was still dirty, mirrors and windows were so bad, dirty still and streaked. I expected a better wash job and wish they would've taken the time to run it thru again. For this reason I gave quality of work a low rating but it had nothing to do with Baird, he was awesome to work with. More
