Nice 👍🏻! 5000 mile scheduled maintenance took approx. 1 1/2 hours. Longer than I expected. However, when I was informed they did a 50 point inspection and wash 5000 mile scheduled maintenance took approx. 1 1/2 hours. Longer than I expected. However, when I was informed they did a 50 point inspection and washed and vacuumed, I was ok with the delay! Everyone at the dealership was very kind and helpful! Good dealer, bad first service impression Service advisor comes to meet me after dropping my car. He already had decided I had no leak issue, it was AC system. He asked what was going on but didn’t really listen and when I finished told me essentially he was sorr I made an unnecessary trip. I had to insist they look at my car. While doing the paperwork he is still condescending to which I comment he acts put out to look at my car. Description of issue location is wrong which told me he had not listened. I waited on the car. When tech confirmed an oil leak, service advisor’sattitude totally change for the positive. Unacceptable treatment, especially when I bought a Lexus for a better dealer experience. More
