Maintenance service. Cabin filter was changed and dirty, greasy hand prints were left in plain view on outside of glove box. Charge me for stuff I did not ask for. Waste two hours for them rotate my tires, but I found out at the end, they did not even rotate and also got charge for it. I had to ask for refund. Lexus of Maplewood Cares for Customers I was in for a 100,000 mile service. Tom checked the notes from prior visits and signed me up for the correct services. A few other minor issues were discovered during the inspection, but were fixed quickly after my permission was given. While walking me to the car, Tom noticed some marks on the car from a previous fix that I improvised, and he insisted on getting a cleaning solution and cleaning it off very quickly, even though it was raining. Another worker helped me reset the odometer to my preferred setting, and I was on my way. More
