Service area pathetic My husband took my car in because of a low tire. He was at the dealership for over two hours and the fellow he worked with acted like it was brain sur My husband took my car in because of a low tire. He was at the dealership for over two hours and the fellow he worked with acted like it was brain surgery. It was a bead that needed fixing. Ridiculous that he had to wait over two hours plus being charged almost $50. He should have been out of there in 10 minutes with no charge. You are way over priced for what you do. More

Tire Cupping Experienced a loud thudding noise while backing up and turning. Made appointment for Lexus Maplewood for review. Service department informed me due to Experienced a loud thudding noise while backing up and turning. Made appointment for Lexus Maplewood for review. Service department informed me due to sports suspension on IS tires cupped at 20k or so miles which is about the he miles I’ve put on my certified premiered IS. Please note There is NO notification of this on their pre-owned paperwork or purchase agreement disputes the fact that a sticker is now in the new IS vehicles. The sales rep, Beh, did not point this out to me either. After numerous calls to the dealership, I finally received a call from the certified pre-owned manager who was sexist, patronizing and arrogantly informed me that if I “hit ONE bump in the road my entire alignment would be no good and results in the tires cupping”. He refused to answer why it was not noted on any of my purchase and certified pre-owned paperwork. He insisted Lexus installed new tires with 40k mike guarantee but could not provide documentation. Currently I have marginal tires on my vehicle after just 20k miles and am faced with replacing them because this dealership was Not honest about the issue and refuses to cover it ir make buyers aware of this issue. This manager also insisted it was a miscommunication by the service department, however, other people in the dealership also supported the IS Tire cupping issue when I spoke with them. His attitude was condescending-ie., the little woman doesn’t know what she’s talking about. I raced cars at Brainerd Speedway. Good luck. More
