Fantastic service /// I have dealt with Lexus of Maplewood since 2005. I have purchased 3 RX 350's. One in 2005, 2010 and 2016. I have never used Lexus roadside assistance. I have dealt with Lexus of Maplewood since 2005. I have purchased 3 RX 350's. One in 2005, 2010 and 2016. I have never used Lexus roadside assistance. While driving on Saturday (12-7-19) I had a warning light come on that indicated I had a pre-collision system that wasn't working. I called Tim Stearns on Monday explaining my problem and my car was towed in on Tuesday, repaired and driven back to my home on Thursday. I live 130 miles from the dealership. Wow, talk about great service!!! Tim Stearns was very helpful and accommodating during the whole process. You have just earned a very loyal customer. Thank you. More
