Lexus of Maplewood - Service Center

I had a service appt today for a recall on my vehicle. When I made the appt. I was told I would receive a loaner. When I arrived the service rep informed me that they did not have a loaner for me. I tried to explain that I could not stay for the appt due to a previous commitment and he said: " I feel ya" What kind of response was that?! When I said I needed to cancel and left, no one offered me any options or asked to reschedule. Nobody cared and I surely did not feel like a valued customer. On your website you state that you want every service appointment to be a positive experience through exceptional service. This was not. I worked with a great young man, Thomas. He went far beyond what was necessary!! Thomas saved me some money on my visit along with filling up my gas tank. Excellent service experience. The service advisor listened to my concern about not wanting to come inside the dealership for our 18 month/15,000 mike service. He scheduled a home pickup and delivery listened to my concern about not wanting to come inside the dealership for our 18 month/15,000 mike service. He scheduled a home pickup and delivery of our Lexus. It was all done on time, returned with a complimentary wash, and key and service sheet were left on the dashboard.
