Service at the dealer is excellent. Worked with Doug and he is always willing to explain to us what is going on with our service visit. Everything that Doug did for us was exceptional - my only issue was an overnight service appointment turned into 10 days since a hose needed to do repairs was unavailable which seems odd. We did have a vehicle provided to us to use which didn’t limit my families activities but seemed strange to took so long to get the hoses needed. Please know this isn’t a reflection on Doug as we enjoy working with him. More

Had my 50000 mile check up today and was pleased as always from the service department. Bob was fairly new however he made sure my questions were answered and received the correct service. The car was washed after the service and exterior spotless. Frosting on the cake would be to have the lower door jambs cleaned and front mats rinsed.
