Perfect service at a bad time of the day was given us by Michael Mullen and the service staff at Lexus of Maplewood. At 4 PM on Friday of a holiday weekend we came in with a leaking rear tire. I had an appointment for 10 o’clock. The guy tells me they’re not gonna have my oil change done until 11:30 and I said I have another appointment at 11:15 and that’s not going to work. The guy tells me they’re not gonna have my oil change done until 11:30 and I said I have another appointment at 11:15 and that’s not going to work. He says I’ll give you a loaner car. I said no I need my car. He said well then we can’t give you a car wash. Put it in the car anyways and it wasn’t at 11:05 and they didn’t put a sticker in my window for when my next oil changes due so I took call back to have them mail it to me. Terrible customer service. Service at the dealer is excellent. Worked with Doug and he is always willing to explain to us what is going on with our service visit. Everything that Doug did for us was exceptional Worked with Doug and he is always willing to explain to us what is going on with our service visit. Everything that Doug did for us was exceptional - my only issue was an overnight service appointment turned into 10 days since a hose needed to do repairs was unavailable which seems odd. We did have a vehicle provided to us to use which didn’t limit my families activities but seemed strange to took so long to get the hoses needed. Please know this isn’t a reflection on Doug as we enjoy working with him. More
