They provide FREE car washes and I complain every time what a POOR job they do. My service advisor, Tim Haselberger ended up cleaning the bottom of the driver's side door and the entrance area. However, the bottoms of the other three doors did not get touched. The rear window under the shield never gets touched either. For a car to look completely good, the automatic car wash is not sufficient! You also need a personal touch to several areas. More

All I wanted/needed was an oil change. I was upsold a "package" that was supposed to include an oil change and it wasn't done. I had to go to an instant oil change to get what I needed at that point.
