They contacted me to let me know my vehicle was due for a service and a recall issue fix. Scheduling was easy lots of options. Dropping the car off was easy. All I wanted/needed was an oil change. I was upsold a "package" that was supposed to include an oil change and it wasn't done. I had to go to an instant oil change to get what I needed at that point. I had a service appt today for a recall on my vehicle. When I made the appt. I was told I would receive a loaner. When I arrived the service rep informed me that they did not have a loaner for me. I tried to explain that I could not stay for the appt due to a previous commitment and he said: " I feel ya" What kind of response was that?! When I said I needed to cancel and left, no one offered me any options or asked to reschedule. Nobody cared and I surely did not feel like a valued customer. On your website you state that you want every service appointment to be a positive experience through exceptional service. This was not. I worked with a great young man, Thomas. He went far beyond what was necessary!! Thomas saved me some money on my visit along with filling up my gas tank.
