Always a pleasure to deal with the Service Department at Lexus of Maplewood. They were ready for me when I arrived. Sat down with Service desk in an immaculate office. Was listened to about the issues with Lexus of Maplewood. They were ready for me when I arrived. Sat down with Service desk in an immaculate office. Was listened to about the issues with my car. Received a printed copy of the estimate and was told I’d receive a text or email as to results of a full inspection. I was given a brand new vehicle as a loaner at no charge. I then received more information as to other repairs my vehicle needed which I could approve or decline. After the repairs I received a text that my vehicle was ready for pick up. It was ready and had been washed when I arrived. Service agent explained all the repairs that had been performed. There were no surprises. All very courteous, professional and friendly. There was nothing that could have been done better. More
