I went in for an oil change today and my service provider was thomas holt. The service he provided was poor and here is why. He checked the computer and noticed my oil change was not due and told me the ser was thomas holt. The service he provided was poor and here is why. He checked the computer and noticed my oil change was not due and told me the service due sticker in the car that shows the mileage is not for oil change, but instead it tells you when to rotate your tires. He was saying all of this on top of his voice with a pissed off tone. I then told him I bought four new tire so I dont need tire rotation. He then started looking up other service he thinks I can do. Some of the other service I was told before and I had them done at another shop. Why will I want to pay more for the same service if I can get it less somewhere. He was still talking loud with agitated tone I was calm because he was not a threat to me. I just dislike how he was talking to me like a child. I could have raised my voice too , but I was not going to get on his low level. I have the money and I can choose where to fix my car. What I regret is choosing to purchase a car from luxus. I asked him if the oil change is not due why is carfax keep emailing me about over due oil change and I should visit my dealership. He then said carfax gets the info from them and basically spamming me and I should ignore it. How did my info get to them, meaning my information is not safe with lexus. He still goes on with his loud agitated talking in the garage to the extend the other worker could hear him and also made a stare; " if he changes his tires with us next time we will report it to carfax and he wont worry about carfax still contacting him. I was confused at this point because my service person just told me to ignore carfax because they are spam and the only company that work on my oil change is lexus. I have been doing my old change at only lexus because that s the only price I noticed is thesame with other auto mechanic shops. If lexus is reporting it why am I still receiving notice from carfax. Stop contradicting your selves and making me not even trust your service and the safety of my information with you. One guys says carfax is spam then with rude tone then the other says come do it with us we will report to carfax. All I'm saying is thomas holt tone down, stop talking like you're talking to your child when your talking to customers. I'm not sure if you do this to all your customer or if its because I'm black, but I can choose what service I want done and do some else where. Totaly poor service. More

Outstanding & professional staff. I’ve had 6 Lexus since 2007 and this is the best dealership I have visited. Driving from California I encountered service problems and called the closest dealership that w 2007 and this is the best dealership I have visited. I was told to bring my 2021 300h in and their shop foreman would be waiting for my arrival. When I arrived they immediately took charge and expedited the issues and completed the repair within 1 hour. More
