I had an appointment for 10 o’clock. The guy tells me they’re not gonna have my oil change done until 11:30 and I said I have another appointment at 11:15 and that’s not going to work. I said no I need my car. He said well then we can’t give you a car wash. Put it in the car anyways and it wasn’t at 11:05 and they didn’t put a sticker in my window for when my next oil changes due so I took call back to have them mail it to me. Terrible customer service.
