My complaint is that I had trouble scheduling the appointment. I am used to having someone answer the phone and set up the appointment at that time. Instead I got voice mail twice. There was no response to my first message, so a few days later I left another message. I got a response to my second message. I asked about this way of scheduling… calls were from Wayzata instead of Maplewood. Rep said they are busy with online calls so can’t answer the incoming calls. I am glad i specified Maplewood, because I was automatically being scheduled in Wayzata.This is poor customer service. I got better service at Toyota,down the road. More
Staff were prompt and welcoming. Angel arranged to have Josh orient me to the phone features after the car appointment was completed.
