I requested a quote for a replacement battery a few times via Lexus online. Received a call about a very engaging sales person wanting to sell me a car. Like I’ll never buy another Lexus, as it’s way too burdensome and frustrating for even the simplest of maintenance…like wiper blades, battery, breaks. Every time they pressure me to buy a new vehicle. The sales person told me he would take care of ensuring I got a battery quote. That was 2 weeks ago…zero call to 2 requests. Don’t buy Lexus…I’ve regretted it ever sense. More
