Had 10:30 appointment for oil change and tire rotation. I arrived at 10:20. Service was completed at 1:30. That’s 3 hours. Literally twice as long as necessary. More

Did not change cabin filter or reset maintenance system or top off fluids and two valve stem caps missing . Not happy with this service . Tires were to be rotated, have no way to tell if that was done o More
