Our Salesman, Dan Hjermstad provided great service and hung in there to gently guide us to a great decision. He has also been extremely responsive in following up with a couple items post-sale. Jeremy in Finance was also great to work with. The whole experience has been a breath of fresh air. She is thrilled! More

Had my 50000 mile check up today and was pleased as always from the service department. Bob was fairly new however he made sure my questions were answered and received the correct service. The car was always from the service department. Bob was fairly new however he made sure my questions were answered and received the correct service. The car was washed after the service and exterior spotless. Frosting on the cake would be to have the lower door jambs cleaned and front mats rinsed. Thank you for meeting and exceeding my service expectations. Keep up the great work. Also looked at new cars and talked to Andy who I probably work with when I buy my next used Lexus. Worked with Anthony Castellano to lease this vehicle and i have to tell you, out of all my interactions with salesman, he’s definitely NOT a salesman. He’s better. No gimmicks with him or trying to shove yo i have to tell you, out of all my interactions with salesman, he’s definitely NOT a salesman. He’s better. This was my first lease since ive always purchased and he made it so easy for me to understand after all the research i did. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to lease or purchase because he isn’t a salesman….hes just a down to earth guy looking to help you get what you want. Normally they try to push all sorts of deals, warranties, extras on you and he didn’t because I told him up front not to so HE LISTENED! My finance guy was just as great as well. He didn’t try to push anything on me either. I would highly recommend going to see Anthony if you’re in the market for a new car. Trust me id rather work with him then a high strung salesman only looking to make his or her commission and get the deal out the door. That’s another good point….anthony never pulled the “what can i do to get you in this car today and out the door” speech! Will definitely be going back to this dealership again. More
