We are from North Dakota & attended the Minneapolis car show. We stopped at the Lexus booth as we were interested in a new Lexus RX350 or ES350. We told her we were from out of state & would like to test drive the vehicles at some point. Christine offered to meet us at the dealership after her shift at the car show was over which we thought was extremely nice as it was late on a Saturday afternoon. We drove the vehicles and decided we were interested in the ES350. We were treated very kindly and professionally by Christine and Joseph each time we visited the dealership and worked through the purchasing process. After the purchase was made I took a bus from North Dakota to Minneapolis to pick up our new vehicle. Christine picked me up at the depot and took as much time as I needed to go over all the features of the vehicle. She has also followed up with us numerous times to see how we like our new car and if we have any questions or issues. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a Lexus vehicle. Our experience in purchasing a pre owned Lexus was incredible. We were treated with the utmost professionlism from the receptionist to the manager to the sales person to the finance person. It was a very hot day - we were asked if we would like water or refreshments by a minimum of 6 people in the short time we were there. It was obvious that everyone cared. We were purchasing a pre owned vehicle - not an expensive new one. We felt that we were treated just like anyone else that would be purchasing a more expensive vehicle. Randy Rucker the salesman who worked with us, did a great job pointing out features of the vehicle we purchased. Also comparing the Lexus to other vehicles we were contemplating purchasing. I went in to the dealer early in my process and John approached me immediately to offer assistance. John Bank was my sales representative. I have never had such a professional, competent salesperson in my experience. It turns out that the timing of my buying a car and moving out of the cities was bad and I wasn't able to buy from him. Still, he helped me arrange something from another dealer, followed up, gave me even more of his time, and offered to help me with that other dealership in any way he could. He is, in my mind, the best kind of sale representative a company could have. He makes the company look good. My only regret is that I wasn't able to buy a car from him! I also met one of their finance guys, Joe, who seemed like a guy I could do business with. Given my experience I would highly recommend both Lexus of Maplewood and John Bank as a salesman enthusiastically. (Just wish I could have bought a car from that guy.) More
