It turns out that the timing of my buying a car and moving out of the cities was bad and I wasn't able to buy from him. Still, he helped me arrange something from another dealer, followed up, gave me even more of his time, and offered to help me with that other dealership in any way he could. He is, in my mind, the best kind of sale representative a company could have. He makes the company look good. My only regret is that I wasn't able to buy a car from him! I also met one of their finance guys, Joe, who seemed like a guy I could do business with. Four years ago, on a gray rainy day, I walked into a Lexus dealership and announced to the people standing there, "I'm in a bad mood, I'm not going to buy anything. Who wants me?" Greg Carlini stepped forward and despite my pronouncement, ended up selling me a used Honda for my son. Since then I have bought not one but TWO pre-owned Lexus RXs from Greg. He has been a pleasure to deal with. I have also been extremely pleased with the way I was treated throughout the entire sales process and, more importantly -AFTERWARDS. The service people have all been friendly and courteous. The entire dealership is absolutely wonderful when it comes to following through (and this means a lot to me as it is so often not the case elsewhere). I have been a waitress and a cashier and am now a retired attorney. I know good service and bad service from both sides of the coin and I do not suffer fools gladly.
