I love my vehicle and purchased it when the lease was up. Slater has helped us several times over the years with searches for used Lexus vehicles for our children. I would recommend him, and Lexus of Maplewood, without reservation. My son also owns a Lexus, and while out of town in an area with no Lexus dealer or service, he had issues with his remote and ignition core. Ryan Martin in the Service department at Maplewood helped us by ordering parts and having them overnighted to a repair shop at my son's location. He provided excellent service and really helped us out in getting the problem resolved. We have now purchased our third Lexus -- one for my daughter -- based solely on the positive experience we have had with Lexus and with the quality of the vehicles they make. Though we purchased the two vehicles for my children through private sellers, we are happy to know they are in vehicles that will serve them well through the years and provide excellent safety and dependability. This was our first experience buying a Lexus. We came in just to check out the RX 350 because it was a vehicle we had always admired. We didn't really expect to buy one, but after a couple test drives in just to check out the RX 350 because it was a vehicle we had always admired. This is our fourth Lexus RX purchased thru this dealership. During this time I have had wonderful customer service in all facets of the dealership. This last experience (May) was slightly differen dealership. During this time I have had wonderful customer service in all facets of the dealership. This last experience (May) was slightly different because we had equipment(hand controls)switched from the old Lexus to the new Lexus. This expense was covered by Lexus thru their mobility assistance program. Our salesperson Christine was very helpful. While she didn't need to "sell" us the car, she delivered the car to our house when all the equipment switching was done and spent quite a bit of time with me going over all the bells and whistles this particular model had. We are from North Dakota & attended the Minneapolis car show. We stopped at the Lexus booth as we were interested in a new Lexus RX350 or ES350. Joseph Petrusa and Christine Bouquet were both working car show. We stopped at the Lexus booth as we were interested in a new Lexus RX350 or ES350. Joseph Petrusa and Christine Bouquet were both working at the car show and Joseph introduced us to Christine to answer any questions we had about the vehicles. We told her we were from out of state & would like to test drive the vehicles at some point. Christine offered to meet us at the dealership after her shift at the car show was over which we thought was extremely nice as it was late on a Saturday afternoon. We drove the vehicles and decided we were interested in the ES350. We were treated very kindly and professionally by Christine and Joseph each time we visited the dealership and worked through the purchasing process. After the purchase was made I took a bus from North Dakota to Minneapolis to pick up our new vehicle. Christine picked me up at the depot and took as much time as I needed to go over all the features of the vehicle. She has also followed up with us numerous times to see how we like our new car and if we have any questions or issues. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a Lexus vehicle. We have been very happy with the whole experience. Also, the service department has been fantastic to work with at Lexus of Maplewood. More
