My car had to be brought in 3 times before it was fully fixed. I had paid for the service initially and was told that I had to pay for more the third time I brought it in. In my mind, when I bring a car in to have it fixed and pay a large sum of money for the service and parts, I have to have a guarantee that the problem is resolved. It took 3 times for the dealership to figure out the problem and a call from me to the corporate office to have the issue fixed without having me to put more money into their error. I'm dissatisfied at the way I was treated throughout this ordeal, even after being a loyal client for 4+ years with them. I never took my car to anyone to have it serviced except the dealership. I will now be going to the Lexus dealership in Wayzata for my services form now on, even if it means I have to drive further. More

Within 3-4 days of buying the car we noticed rattling noise Worst for Service: We bought a Certified Pre Owned Lexus IS250C Convertible for $44k. Within 3-4 days of buying the car we noticed rattling noise at the rear windshield of the car and in the passenger side glove box.The car had to be taken to dealer 4 times with the first 3 weeks. It was with the dealer for more than 80% of the time (the dealer gave us loaner vehicle) in the first 15 days. At couple of instances they told me to pick up the vehicle saying that issue was resolved, I picked the vehicle and the noises existed. Issue is not resolved yet, in-spite of multiple assurances from dealer sales person (Darin Meyer), General Manager (Mike Jensen), General Sales Manager (Matt Koehnen). I had to raise this issue with Lexus Customer Service who are working towards getting it resolved. After buying a car for 45grand you expect certain level of service; unfortunaley Lexus of Maplewood couldn't provide us with the same. I truly enjoy my dealership. Owning a Lexus has been a very positive experience for me. I love my vehicle and purchased it when the lease was up. Slater has helped us several times over the years with searches for used Lexus vehicles for our children. I would recommend him, and Lexus of Maplewood, without reservation. My son also owns a Lexus, and while out of town in an area with no Lexus dealer or service, he had issues with his remote and ignition core. Ryan Martin in the Service department at Maplewood helped us by ordering parts and having them overnighted to a repair shop at my son's location. He provided excellent service and really helped us out in getting the problem resolved. We have now purchased our third Lexus -- one for my daughter -- based solely on the positive experience we have had with Lexus and with the quality of the vehicles they make. Though we purchased the two vehicles for my children through private sellers, we are happy to know they are in vehicles that will serve them well through the years and provide excellent safety and dependability. Can't imagine ever switching brands ... or dealers. More
From walking in to leaving the entire experience was excellent. We went in to purchase a pre-owned GS300 and were treated excellently by both Jeremy and Mike, as well as everyone else we dealt with. The quality of the car they sold us was excellent and they went the extra mile with a spare key and floor mats to make sure we were taken care of. Jeremy was excellent to deal with and knew exactly what he was talking about. The price we paid for the vehicle was even lower than we expected to pay and they were very fair with our trade-in. Overall, this is the very best in dealer service one could hope to find when shopping for a car. More

This was our first experience buying a Lexus. We came in just to check out the RX 350 because it was a vehicle we had always admired. We didn't really expect to buy one, but after a couple test drives in just to check out the RX 350 because it was a vehicle we had always admired. Christine helped us from the start and worked very hard to find the right vehicle for us.
