Tim's experience, knowledge, and care really came through as he patiently answered all of our questions about the Lexus NX my wife and I had our interest in. He had an extensive knowledge of all the "bells and whistles" that came with the car. With Tim's help, we were able end our visit with the purchase of our first Lexus. Exceeded expectations! Thomas was totally engaged in an effort to satisfy me when I brought my car in for service. He and the service department performed the routine maintenance and discovered a leaky water pump. I had purchased a warranty and there was no charge. I mentioned that when I purchased the car at another dealership I noticed the driver side door hinges were bent. The original dealer wanted me to pay for the repair, I fully expected to have to shell out about $500 for this service but Thomas called and told me that the dealership was going to repair my door as a courtesy! How about that! I was given a loaner vehicle and they must have worked on my car over the weekend. I picked it up Monday morning and couldn't have been more pleased. Thomas stayed in touch with me throughout the whole process. Exceeded expectations. More
