Oil change service and noisy brakes Very very slow service. Appt at 10am and was told would be done at 1130. Then 1230 and finally got out of there at 145! Very frustrating. Went for oil change which is what I schedule as thought this was needed and when scheduling they should have told me I didn't need one. Just a regular 5000 mile service. Had noisy brakes and needed this resolved. Was instructed the rear brakes were at a 2 and this was the problem. Took so long for appt as I was told they couldnt figure out the noise still after new brakes. I was reassured the noise was fixed once mechanic delivered car. He said he drove it and no noise. The minute I leave and stop at stop light the excat same noise is still there. Nothing fixed. Very frustrating and embarrassing on an expensive car like this. I have been coming here for so many years and the wait time is so long and never on time when they say the car will be done. Not happy at all. I was offered a free oil change for next appt due to the big mix up however I want my noise gone. More

I I met Bobby on Friday and looked at five vehicles. On Saturday, I returned with my husband, Who was pretty adamant that we were just looking and not going to buy a car that day. I asked him to keep an open mind. Bobby was great to work with he really listened to what I wanted and asked all the right questions. He was also a wealth of information regarding competitors etc. My husband expressed the same feelings and we ended up buying a 2013 RX 350 certified preowned. I have never worked with the salesman as kind and competent as Bobby. More
