Where to start. I stopped in to look at a UX as I wanted to go from an RX and an ES to a smaller SUV and a hybrid. Kristi Bakken was the salesperson I worked with. W I stopped in to look at a UX as I wanted to go from an RX and an ES to a smaller SUV and a hybrid. Kristi Bakken was the salesperson I worked with. Wow and I mean Wow!!. Kristi went over and above and out of her way to accommodate me during the entire process. Having a husband w/severe dementia and unable to drive, the time was coming to go to 1 vehicle that was easier for him to get in and out of and for me to drive. To call this an emotional journey is an understatement! I was NEVER rushed or pressured or made to feel I was taking too much time or asking too much from both Kristi and Sales Manager Mike Farrell, Their empathy and understanding is unparalleled. I am a “Little Old Lady”. Always did our vehicle shopping as a team. This was the first time ever all the responsibility was on me, and it was not something I looked forward to, enjoyed or wanted in any way to do. They “got” that and let me navigate at my own pace. Chad, who walked me through the payment process and signing many papers was also patient and kind. Not once did I feel pressured to buy more than I wanted or felt I needed. My situation is unique in that I traded 2 Lexus vehicles in on 1. Granted they were fabulous vehicles but Kristi and Mike didn’t bat an eye letting me do this! I feel too the price I got for each was very fair. Who gets to say that? After checking out the UX, while very nice, it does not come with the level of trim packages we’re used to. The NX ended up being my choice! Love It! Our previous experiences at Lexus of Maplewood have always been great. This time, superior. Glad I came back!! Sum it up in one word…. GRATEFUL. More

Ricky the sales person went ABOVE and BEYOND and did an excellent job ! He made the experience easy . However , i did not appreciate a different sales lady hiding the car from us trying to buy it .
