I agree with the other posters completely. This is the worst car dealer I've ever dealt with. Moved back to NYC with my 10 month old Lexus and the service was so much worse than my previous Lexus dealer. worst car dealer I've ever dealt with. Service consultants have no idea what they are doing-- I actually had to look up information on the net and provide it to them to prove that Lexus has manufacture fixes for certain issues. Took my vehicle in for the second time because they did not correctly fix my car the first time. The previous visit I had to wait almost an entire month the get my car back. The service manager I dealt with was really bad. I was at the point where I was going to sell my Lexus to avoid this bad service. Nothing positive to say about this dealer. I live in NY and I found them rude beyond belief. Trying to get an appointment for "emergency service" - I was told I would have to wait a week...needless to say and I found them rude beyond belief. I would bring my car in for two things and they would always forget to do one of them. Avoid if possible More
