Very reasonable response to a miscommunication I had my car brought in last week for an oil change and inspection. When I complained, the agent refunded me all but the original requested work amount. There was no debate, they offered immediately to credit my account and apologized for the poor communication. That response meant a lot to me. Mistakes happen, how they responded ensures that I'll keep coming back. More
