I expected to see a stiff guy in a luxury suit , but guess where I found him ? ...Un other employee took me in the back facility where the service director was performing some ... routine service job ,:dressed in working close and full of grease ...The image was surreal ...the SERVICE DIRECTOR performing an oil change himself .. BRAVO !!! That my friends sums it all ... CLASS ACT ... I also talk with other employees and they told me , at times Mark is working in the car wash helping the guys in there ... NOW THAT IS UNHEARD OF my friends . I was not impressed ...I WAS AMAZED ...I own not one , not two , but three Lexus is300 , ( SO... I LOVE THE PRODUCT ) and none of them purchased at Lexus of Las Vegas . That been said , I all ways took them for service there ( Lexus of Las Vegas ) . I have not encounter EVER , a problem with the friendly service , or the courtesy of the employees , in every department . My warranties are long gone , but my friends at this dealership are still there for me ... any question , technical advice or any other issue even do I'm not purchasing anything . More

We come from the country that is the maker of the ultimate driving machines BMW and Mercedes.We only wished we could find this great service in our dealerships. The service director Mark Bivens is very friendly and customer service is very important to him . He always found a solution to our car-problems . We can only commend him, and his team . Also the parts manager Roy Hollander was very patiently lessened to our concerns and got us the right parts for the job . What an amazing experience . Keep it up , and a big thank you guys . Worst Lexus Dealership Purchased a brand new NX200T F Sport 2015 on 16/06(145m). Called dealership to complaint about the alignment 06/18 (300m) ( Steering off to the right Purchased a brand new NX200T F Sport 2015 on 16/06(145m). Called dealership to complaint about the alignment 06/18 (300m) ( Steering off to the right). Brought the car back to dealership; 06/19-06/22 a lower control arm was replaced. However, the car still steering off to the right. 06/23, 06/27, 06/30, 07/01, 07/02 Ask them to fix it again, they refuse and said I have already used up my warranty on the third day of purchasingthe of this brad new vehicle at 300+miles; that warranty only covers once within or 24k. I'll have to pay for fixing the alignment they sold me to begin wit. I demand an exchange of brand new vehicle by using purchasing a TV from costco within days for exchange of default goods as an example to reason with GM/CEO Of this dealership. Lee Butler (CEO of Lexus of Las Vegas and lexus Henderson) replied he would not expect an exchange of the product but expect costco to use the warranty to fix the problem even its within three days. As a reader, you be the judge of what sound reasonable to you. All I can share are the truth of what I am going through. I regret having ever purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. There's no other lexus in this town. Go to BMW, Mercedez, ACURA instead. They are intentionally playing games and wiggleinf themselves out of the lemon law by refusing to even look into the issue. Lexus USA is even worst. A lady named Liz Klap (lexus ha) was a representative, worst attitude than LEE AND Mark from the dealership. The additional expanses this dealership has incurred for their arrogance is shocking!! Not once will they ever apology to their customer for inconvenience they have caused and continuously causing because of the problem of the vehicle. I even have to spend extra to get third party opinion. More

OK i was wrong about this place. i was visiting LV and parked at the flamingo valet and someone did a hit and run. the flamingo was no help BUT Lexus of LV WAS. i tried driving back to LA and the car started making noises where it was hit. brought it in and met mark bivens, told him the problem. without missing a beat he said grab a cup of coffee and we'll see what we can do. twenty minutes later i was on the road. considerable kudos deserved... Typical used car salesmen. Sold me a wrecked car! Would not recommend this company. Once they sell you the car, you can't get any help after that at all. Sold me the car with no working cigarette outlet and 1 working running headlight. After telling Chris that I would be reviewing their business, he begins to say I am threatening his business. Let's be clear, everything I say in this review is truthful. They sold me a wrecked car that has been proven by a reputable body shop in town. The front end had been damaged and glued back together. In looking for a hybrid Lexus, I visited Lexus of Las Vegas. I test drove the HS 250h with salesman Brent--a nice guy, who didn't seem to have much pull when it came to negotiating. The hang tag in the car said $30,991, now on sale for $26,991. I left, thinking I'd return to buy the car that evening. I returned with my wife, and they wouldn't budge even $1 on price. Then they tried to "work a deal" by way of payment amount. When I told them it wasn't the payment I was concerned about, they started throwing out hypotheticals, like "if the payment were $1,000, and we would agree to your price, would you do it?" I replied yes, let's do it, and they quickly backed away. We left with a bit of a bad taste in our mouths. The next day, I texted Bremt and told him we would meet them in the middle. It took him nearly six hours to get back to me, and his reply was that it was too late and he'd have to talk to the gm the next day. The next day came, and I received a note from Brent saying that the car had the wrong hang tag, and that the price was now back to $30,991! But "for me" they would go back to their original offer....and that I should appreciate the deal they are offering! Needless to say, I'll never be back at this dealership--a 2nd rate used car lot with a luxury name! More
