Amazing!!!! I feel like every great experience starts right from the beginning! Bryce Lawson, helped our experience feel as though we were worth a million bucks! I feel like every great experience starts right from the beginning! Bryce Lawson, helped our experience feel as though we were worth a million bucks! He didn't try to sell us like a "salesman" but rather came up to us to greet us and make us feel welcome, accepted and comfortable, like a friend welcoming you to their home! Then, Charles Gumina, helped us get it to a price we were comfortable paying. Jason Park, helped wrap up our outstanding experience by helping us make sure we had the right coverage for our car. No pushy salesmen, just caring guys who just wanted the best for us! At least that is how they all made us fell. Wonderful, caring team that made us want to buy the car, not saying the car itself isn't magnificent(which it has exceded my expectations), but it helped us make up our mind in which car brand to purchase. We previously went to Mercedes, and we left there not wanting to purchase from them because the sales manager made us feel as though we did not have the money to purchase. The right people and the right team can make a great difference and Bryce, Charles and Jason are just that. We will definately recommend people to purchase from Lexus and from these guys! More

Dominick was loaded with answers, and took Rich for a test drive. He came home very happy about getting a car from Dominick. He felt like Dominick really listened and paid attention to him. Rich originally picked an IS, but the next day when we both went into the showroom, Rich decided to take a look at the GS 350 F Sport. (The trunk was bigger to hold his golf clubs).
