Chris knows the models and capabilities better than anyone I have ever seen. Chris worked diligently for over 3 months to find me this awesome L certified pre-owned ES 350. As a retired General in the Air Force, I have a fairly good eye for great people and Chris meets those standards. I would also like to thank Mrs. Hickey, the controller, for taking her valuable time and speaking with me about why my car financing takes a few more days than I anticipated. As a realtor, I have seen lots of mortgage loans go astray and my anxiety level had hit my limit. She spent a good 15 minutes explaining the process and she was 100% correct. I am super impressed with Lexus of Las Vegas and will buy my next two cars from Chris at this Lexus dealership. This dealership has never treated me like a customer but rather a part of the family.
