My experience with Lexus of Las Vegas was amazing. Normally I am not fond of dealerships, I feel like I am always bombarded by people, questions, and unfortunately aggression. From the second I stepped onto the lot Jay was able to set me up with the right people since I had set up an appointment to see a specific car they had listed on auto trader. Daniele was my sales consultant, who was very nice and extremely knowledgeable. She was able to make this experience of buying my first Lexus memorable. Dominick who was in charge of financial services was able to work with me and get me an amazing payment that will benefit me in the long run with Lexus. Overall the entire process took about 2 1/2 hours which to me is record time! After my purchase everyone that had helped me reached out to see how I was doing with my new car. I rate my experience a 10/10 and have already started recommending this company and location. Thank you for everything. More

Came in and left standing in the service entrance for several mins, several service writers saw me, and no one acknowledged or even tried to help. I found a service adviser to help me and was hit with tw several mins, several service writers saw me, and no one acknowledged or even tried to help. I found a service adviser to help me and was hit with twice the price for a diag because I have a classic Lexus. Being told that I have to pay more than others just to have a diag, due to taking care of my car and keeping it going is a joke. I have never been hit with a "punishment" fee for having a classic car on the road. Once the service adviser found out the age of my car, his entire attitude changed. It switched from one of average treatment to that of demeaning and talking down to me. If you can take your car to another shop, oh wait, you cant since both Lexus dealerships are the same company in Vegas. This isnt the first time I have had bad treatment at this dealership, this is the first time that I was angered enough to say something online as well as Toyota/Lexus corporate. More
