Twice less than impressed We had a great sales experience with Brice. Unfortunately both of our service experiences have been unimpressive. Let me start by saying we live 2 1/2 We had a great sales experience with Brice. Unfortunately both of our service experiences have been unimpressive. Let me start by saying we live 2 1/2 hours away from the dealership so bringing our car in for service is a major event. Our first appointment was for installing mud flaps and side door moldings. When we arrived they had not scheduled this work with the after-market department and so everyone scrambled to get that arranged and to find a loaner car for us. This made for a much longer day than it would have been if they planned correctly. The most recent appointment was at 9:45 for a Lexus recall-oriented software update and 10K tire rotation and oil/filter change. We dropped the car and picked up a loaner at 9:40. We returned to the dealership at 3pm, as we stated we would on the front end of the appointment. And, despite assurances that the car would be done, it was not. The work was finally finished at 4:20. The service manager was well aware of our 2 1/2 hour drive home yet that seemed of no concern to him. When you purchase a Lexus you expect a lot better customer service than we have experienced to-date. More
