Quality Service from Caring People My service with Lexus IS Always easy and organized. My service person this time was Rhett and he was excellent and kind. He showed me two hubcaps were My service with Lexus IS Always easy and organized. My service person this time was Rhett and he was excellent and kind. He showed me two hubcaps were badly dented and told me they could fix those. Thanks to him now they look brand new. The gentleman that checked me in is always so nice. Coe service Obviously courtesy free service was fantastic. Only complaint is I had an appointment, drove to Knox before work, but when I arrived no one could find Obviously courtesy free service was fantastic. Only complaint is I had an appointment, drove to Knox before work, but when I arrived no one could find Kevin who apparently was the one supposed to help me. Finally Shiloh helped me and was great, but my ideal drop off would be in/out in less than 2-3 mins. Quick and easy in and out would be better :) I’m sure Kevin is great though, but he also wasn’t there at pick up so can’t really rate him. More

Exceptional service and professionalism. Not sure of name, but upon arrival, I was greeted by technician who asked for service rep (Shiloh). I was provided a loa service and professionalism. Not sure of name, but upon arrival, I was greeted by technician who asked for service rep (Shiloh). I was provided a loaner car. It was raining so the tech who brought the car backed it under the awning so I would not get wet getting in car. From start to finish, all were friendly and professional. Great Experience I was very surprised to be offered a courtesy car when I called about 2 Recalls issued on our freshly purchased pre-owned IS350. I requested a diagnos I was very surprised to be offered a courtesy car when I called about 2 Recalls issued on our freshly purchased pre-owned IS350. I requested a diagnostic on the car. A water pump was needed and some filters needed to be replaced. When I arrived to pick up the car it had been given a courtesy wash at no extra cost. I was very impressed with the entire experience. The car being serviced was for my son. My next personal vehicle will be a Lexus. More
