Car repair Shiloh is a good service representative. However, she left the key on the hood of my car and one of the other representatives picked it up for me. He Shiloh is a good service representative. However, she left the key on the hood of my car and one of the other representatives picked it up for me. He said it was just laying there. The service department use to be exceptional, but has declined in the last few years. Because my car could not be repaired- I was in need of a new car. I purchased a BMW this past Friday because of the ill service at Lexus. I would not recommend that anyone have their car repaired at Lexus of Knoxville More
